  I Called and asked if i could get some help putting a coil together because i don't have the patients to do it and they said no we don't help people that didn't buy our products he was so rude about it!
  
  I hung up this is the first time I've ever heard of a shop not helping someone even though its not their product I've been to shops before and they helped me out all the time never going there nor recommending them to anyone!
